Gabe was out at our tailgating spot at 2am getting the grill ready to start the ribs off. This picture is at 7am after he woke up every hour on the hour throughout the morning to make sure the temp was right for smoking the ribs and getting them done by 11:00am. That is dedication! Thanks Gabe for one hell of a meal!!!
