Reliving the 2008 Championship Season: KentuckyThu, 07/16/2009 - 3:44pm — Rusty After defeating the LSU Tigers soundly in the Swamp, the Gators had a bye week to get some rest and heal up some injuries. During that bye week, Kentucky had earned a one point come-from-behind victory against Arkansas. The Wildcats offense was hot after scoring 21 points in the final 19 minutes of the game and they were hungry for an upset of the fifth-ranked Gators. After honoring Mr. Two-Bits, the Gators would have no part of an upset; blocking two punts and scoring four touchdowns in the first quarter alone.
