| I went to the game last night against Southern Utah, and boy did our team look sloppy. They couldnt hit a 3 all night long, they were turning the ball over left and right, they were having a lot of trouble taking control of the game, and they just looked downright uncoordinated. Since this is the first game Ive seen all year, Im hoping this is not the norm and that it was an off night, but if it is the norm....We're definitley looking at another NIT year because they didnt look good at all.
They still won handidly over an over-matched Southern Utah team, but it just wasnt what I expect from a Donovan-coached team whatsoever. Anyone elses thoughts on this years team?

I'll reserve judgement for now, didn't get a chance to watch the game last night because of school. We play Syracuse on Monday and potentially (if we beat Syracuse) Kansas in Kansas City on TUESDAY, we'll know what we have by the time we go to bed tuesday night. I wouldn't neccessarily expect us to beat Kansas, but a competitive showing in both games would go a long way to making me feel comfortable with this years team, I've been hearing all kinds of great things, perhaps a little bit off this early in the season, its why we play the "preseason" ya know.
