I would suggest you do the Gator Walk which is 2 hours before kick off in front of teh Stadium and all the Gators will walk through.

Are you guys coming down from up north? If so, I'd recommend trying to check out some real alligators if you have the chance...
There are a couple other cool things to do at the Museum of Natural History in town.
