| At the beginning of the season we were burdened with a 12:30 home game as our first game. I had volunteered to be the official GatorTailgating.com Chef for the tailgate season and we needed to have some good tailgate food. Breakfast tailgating is always tricky but here is what I can up.
In a big disposable roasting pan. I'm talking about the big daddy thanksgiving style I made a great concoction. If you don't think that "big daddy thanksgiving style" is a available at your store ask for the "dirty-south roast style" both seam to work at Super Wal-Mart gainesville.
Ingrediants: (remember, this is a huge caserole, scale down if needed)
18 eggs
3.5 lbs of ground breakfast sausage (tennessee pride, is cheap and fatty aka PERFECT!)
8-10 pieces of white sliced white bread
4 cups of shredded cheese
1 cup of Whole milk
Line the bottom of your big pan with your bread as if you were making a crust. You can cut up the pieces if you want. For the sake of time, I just put 8 pieces down and then fill in the cracks with the other 2 pieces. Cook the sausage in a large skillet completely and then spread it evenly over your bread. The next step is to put your 4 cups of cheese over the bread and sausage. Beat 18 eggs and then whisk the whole milk into the eggs. You can now pour the egg mixture over the entire thing. It should cover just fine. If you have a few things poking out, its not a big deal, when eggs bake, they rise. You want to bake this for about 45 minutes at around 350-375. Pull it out and cut into it. There shouldn't be any notable juices, just the normal moisture that eggs have. When it is all said and done, you should have a nice moist fluffy layer of bread with a lot of goodness. If you managed to get the grease from the sausage into the pan, you probably don't need any seasoning.
I know this recipe is a little vague in some parts, but I am a professional (just kidding). I don't know how to explain things sometimes. I had to make 3 of these things, and they were all a little different. It was also 4 in the morning when this mahem started.
****NOTES: THIS IS NOT A HEALTHY DISH BY ANY MEANS. IT IS HOWEVER DELICIOUS AND BEST ENJOYED WITH A MIMOSSA. WE HAVE FOUND THAT ONE SERVING OF THIS (A 5" X 5" SQUARE) HAS AROUND 900 CALORIES AND UPWARDS OF 1000MG OF SODIUM. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH HEART PROBLEMS OR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. THIS IS DELICIOUS THOUGH AND YOU WILL EAT IT UNLESS YOU ARE A LITTLE SCHOOL GIRL WHO RIDES A PINK BIKE WITH RIBBONS TO FOOTBALL GAMES.****

What's wrong with big girls? They can keep you warm in the winter and shady in the summer!

There is nothing wrong with big girls. Its more of the fact that women in general are not invited to sit at my table, more like serve me at my table. Go to Old Memorial Golf and Country Club in Tampa.
When you go into the mens lockerroom it is roughly 8000 sq. ft. With a cigar bar, luxury restaurant, pool hall, massage parlor, bathroom, and dressing rooms. The check out the womens lockeroom. Its a bathroom.
If women or children want to eat, they can eat outside at a little grill.
Thats the real world; the world I live in.
HAHA
