I think this a bit of an overreaction. Dee Finley is a monster in addition to the fact that we are getting 3 stud safeties in this next class. We have Jelani Jenkins and Jon Bostic who are studs ready to step in, plus veterans like Aj Jones and Hicks still around. At DE we will be down, but Justin Trattou can be one of the best in the country. Inside we lose no one. Our defense won't be what it was and we will miss Charlie ALOT, but dont forget how good these guys we have are. They havent proven it yet becuase they havent had a chance. 

In terms of running back, Rainey isnt a huge loss with Demps and the way underutilized Moody, plus recruit Mack Brown is an animal. The passing game will be better and the recievers will have more of a chance to make plays. TE is a problem. Gerald Christian will be good, but he will only be a true freshman. The O-line will miss the Pounceys, but the other three will be back plus talented guys like Robey, Patchan, and Wilson.

I think we will certainly be down compared to what we have had the past two years, but this will not be a long season. We have gotten spoiled, but next year we will have a good team and be able to see what the coaching staff is really made of.

 I am excited to see what happens. I think we will win the east and don't count us out of a BCS bowl either.
